Meet Andra, who together with Karmen opened a women’s only fitness club. Andra has long struggled with low self-esteem and knows that low self-esteem, not lack of self-discipline, is often the biggest obstacle to going to the gym and starting training. That is why she wants to create an environment where she can feel safe and comfortable and start his journey. She believes that sports help to increase self-esteem and find joy in movement.
Meet Karmen, who together with Andra opened a women’s only fitness club. Karmen struggles with anxiety and being in crowded places, which has affected her desire to play sports and join bigger clubs. This was also the reason why she wanted to create an environment where women could feel safe and comfortable without having to worry about other people’s opinions. She believes that sports can strengthen the body and mind and improve self-esteem and well-being.

Both Independent training and training with friends are always welcome, but our trainers are always available to help you do the exercises correctly and answer your questions. When training alone or with a friend, you can train according to your schedule and pace.
Training with a personal trainer is for those who want to train with a professional and experienced trainer. Training with a trainer is always motivating, fun and helps to improve physical fitness. When training with a trainer, you can feel a sense of community and find useful tips.
