GYM FOR WOMEN

For years, we have experienced ourselves, seen from the sidelines, heard from friends, and come across examples of unpleasant experiences in commercial halls on social media – that’s why we decided to scrape together our savings and make a hall ourselves! Thus was born Wimin Fitness, a gym exclusively for women.

Whatever the reason why you don’t want to go to a hall for everyone – anxiety attacks, discomfort in crowded places, religious reasons, some random Heinos who watch you when you squat, fear that someone will judge you or laugh at you, shyness of being a beginner or insecure about your appearance – you can list millions of reasons, but with us there is a place where you can feel comfortable and secure while exercising.

We know the areas of concern, that the hall is not at world-class level, the equipment is perhaps less than what we are used to, lack of sauna and spa, etc. But don’t worry! The personal trainer Tenno Sirgi helped us with the choice of machines, who made sure that all the main machines are available and that you can put together a full-fledged training plan with the equipment in the hall. Our mission is to gradually improve this situation, and every woman who joins us contributes to this! Together, we create a community and environment that is welcoming and appropriate for all women. Together, let’s open our eyes to all those who doubt!

Meet Andra, who together with Karmen opened a women’s only fitness club. Andra has long struggled with low self-esteem and knows that low self-esteem, not lack of self-discipline, is often the biggest obstacle to going to the gym and starting training. That is why she wants to create an environment where she can feel safe and comfortable and start his journey. She believes that sports help to increase self-esteem and find joy in movement.

Karmen

Meet Karmen, who together with Andra opened a women’s only fitness club. Karmen struggles with anxiety and being in crowded places, which has affected her desire to play sports and join bigger clubs. This was also the reason why she wanted to create an environment where women could feel safe and comfortable without having to worry about other people’s opinions. She believes that sports can strengthen the body and mind and improve self-esteem and well-being.

TRAIN
ALONE OR TOGETHER

Both Independent training and training with friends are always welcome, but our trainers are always available to help you do the exercises correctly and answer your questions. When training alone or with a friend, you can train according to your schedule and pace.

TRAIN WITH A PERSONAL COACH

Training with a personal trainer is for those who want to train with a professional and experienced trainer. Training with a trainer is always motivating, fun and helps to improve physical fitness. When training with a trainer, you can feel a sense of community and find useful tips.

SHARE YOUR RESULTS

If you want to get motivated for results and share your achievements with other people. For example, you can participate in group trainings and take part in our competitions. Our coaches help you set goals and monitor your progress. Tag us in your posts too #wiminfitness
