Only women can join the sports club.

It is forbidden for men to be in the sports club without the club’s knowledge.

Our sports club has an age limit of 18 years. With the written consent of a parent, it is also possible to train in the club from the age of 10.

Sports club membership is valid only for the person who has the code and is valid for the time indicated on the ordered package.

The rights of a sports club member cannot be transferred without the consent of the sports club. Otherwise, the fine is 50 euros.

The member has the right to engage in the sport of his choice in the club premises during the paid period.

The paid membership fee will not be refunded and the membership will not be extended in case of force majeure.

The sports club has the right to terminate the validity of the membership for non-compliance with the internal regulations.

The premises of the sports club must be kept clean and orderly, while staying in the sports club you must ensure that your activities do not disturb or harm the well-being of other customers.

Change of shoes must be used in the sports club premises.

Barefoot and bare upper body are not allowed in the gym.

Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited in the premises of the sports club. A fine of 100 euros.

The administrator of the sports club has the right not to admit people under the influence of alcohol to the club.

You train at the sports club at your own risk, the sports club is not responsible for traumas, illnesses or accidents caused by the customer’s own actions or due to force majeure (force majeure).

The sports club is not responsible for the health condition of the participant during the training process.

Their chaperones are responsible for the children’s skills and health.

The sports club is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of valuables and personal belongings.

The sports club uses security cameras to protect club members and visitors, to ensure safety during training and to ensure a better visitor experience (e.g. to detect violations of house rules).

In case of detection of theft committed by members and visitors, the person who committed the theft will be inevitably banned for life from using the sports club, and no refund will be made for the purchased club packages. The sports club has the right to demand compensation for the damage caused by the theft.

Photography and filming are allowed in the sports club (including the dressing room) only for personal purposes and with the consent of other persons present in the hall. Photography and filming for other purposes must be coordinated with the sports club in advance.

The broken equipment must be paid according to the price list of the sports club or the real costs incurred to restore the corresponding item.

The sports club and the staff of the club are not responsible for accidents that occur on the territory of the club, or for the trauma caused to the client, caused by the visitor’s disregard of these general rules, the rules of safety technology, the rules and user manuals of the club’s sports equipment and equipment, or the orders of the club’s staff, as well as for the health of the visitor caused by the actions of third parties for damage.

Keeping in mind the peculiarities of the Sports Club’s work and customer service and the condition that Members use the Services alone, Members are informed that there are no employees in the Club, so the Member exercises without supervision. Members confirm the said fact with their consent.
