    Laura-Lotte Varvas

    Laura-Lotte has been involved in sports all her life. In his youth, he was engaged in competitive swimming for 12 years, where, in addition to numerous other awards, he has several bright Estonian championship medals to show. After giving up swimming, he worked in kickboxing and kickboxing for five years, where he also performed successfully in competitions. At the moment, her main focus is on the gym, and Laura-Lotte is preparing for her first competitions in wellness fitness. In addition to personal training, he also instructs crossfit and boxing training. He is currently acquiring a nutritionist qualification at the Annely Soots Health School. In the training of his clients, he uses his long-term experience and combines training according to the client’s wishes and goals. Laura-Lotte believes that movement helps to increase a person’s self-confidence and improve the quality of life. He takes great joy in movement and passes it on to his clients.

    Price list:

    50€ – consultation + plan + first training 1 hour

    40€ – 1 hour of personal training

    NB: The fee for the personal trainer and the fee for visiting the training hall are separate.
